End-User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on one (1) Windows-compatible personal computer, subject to the terms of the license you purchased (Free, Lifetime, or Yearly).

2. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Install or use the Software on more than the permitted number of devices
• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Software
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software to third parties
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Software to process any content that is illegal, infringing, or malicious

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. Updates and Upgrades

• Free Plan: May receive bug fixes at Licensor's discretion
• Yearly Plan: Entitled to all updates and minor upgrades during the active subscription period
• Lifetime Plan: Entitled to bug fixes and minor updates for the current major version. Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

The Software collects limited technical data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes license validation information, anonymized usage statistics, and crash/error diagnostic data.

7. Consent to Installation

By clicking "Install" in the Software installer, you explicitly confirm that you:

• Have read and understand this EULA
• Accept all terms and conditions herein
• Consent to the installation of the Software on your device
• Understand your right to uninstall the Software at any time

The installation will not proceed without this explicit consent.

8. Uninstall Rights

You may uninstall the Software at any time through standard Windows procedures:

1. Open Settings → Apps → Installed Apps
2. Locate Plex PDF
3. Click Uninstall and follow the prompts

Uninstallation removes the Software and its associated components. For detailed instructions, visit our Support page.

9. EV Code Signing

The Software installation package is digitally signed with an Extended Validation (EV) Code Signing Certificate issued to Wenx Studio LTD. This confirms the publisher's identity and that the Software has not been tampered with.

To verify: Right-click the installer → Properties → Digital Signatures → confirm the signer is "Wenx Studio LTD.".

10. Limited Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, operate uninterrupted, or be error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

In no event shall Licensor's total liability exceed the license fee you paid for the Software.

12. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.

13. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

14. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software.
